Water serves as the foundation of our basic sustenance, and as the key ingredient in our agriculture and hygiene. Water is a cornerstone of industry, providing for our ports, waterways, industrial/manufacturing activity, hydroelectric power and waterparks.

We have a collective interest in protecting and preserving clean water as a critical natural resource. At the same time, we must be attentive to the infrastructure and health risks water can pose due to flooding and storm events.

Florida, a peninsula with a growing population of over 22 million people, can serve as the ideal location to develop innovative solutions to preserve water quality, harness water’s incredible power and ensure communities are protected from destructive water events.
